The lens is in amazing optical shape (and is a version one I believe) but has some user marks on the barrel and mount. The camera is fine and works at all speeds faster than 1/15th but the prism itself has some separation and the cold shoe has a big "dent" (if you replaced the prism the viewfinder would be fine or you can use the camera as a fun zone focus testing device with the mirror up). Looking to get 65 40 shipped for the lot.

Please confirm what the original thread thread title said Matt,
because the O.P is denieing it ever said F1.

This listing caught my attention the day it was posted because I have the same camera and lens. I never saw "F1" mentioned in the listing at all.

The font used in thread titles here makes a lower case letter "l" look a lot like the numeral "1".
The title started out referring to a Canon "Fl" 50 1.4 - easy to misread as a Canon F1 50 1.4.

I don’t believe I referred to the camera as an f1 anywhere?

I see, that explains it Matt, it seems it was my mistake , I apologize to the original poster, but in my defense, I have just had cateract surgery and am having to two different types of eye drops in my eye four times a day.

No worries at all. I totally understand.
