Canon FD-EOS adapters, one with infinity glass one without. I used the one without the glass with a macro lens and it worked great, tried the one with glass a couple of times worked okay, the element is adjustable so maybe if you play with it enough it might yield better results. $15 dollars includes shipping in the USA, sorry no international shipping.
