Hi, I just get from my father a CANON DIAL 35-2, hopefully it works... But he lost all his ND filters a long time ago. I was just wondering which one use with this antic camera.
If someone has any advice, not only for the filters, It would be really helpfull!

Welcome to Apug!

I do not know the filter thread, but if noone knowledgable chimes in, any decent camera store should find out.

I wonder why you refer to ND filters. A ND filter is a rather rarely used item, let alone a variety of them.

A good warning on screwing in/out filters on this camera is to be found here:

The filter thread is 48mm.

Here is the manual to the preceeding model (Dial 35):

Well, the filters were actually part of the camera kit. Though such was uncommon. At least, I do not know another camera that got such.
Its fastest shutter speed is 1/250sec. The fastet shutters at this kind of cameras is 1/500sec. And as said those did not get an ND filter with them.

If you want one, you may look at rummage boxes. They are of the rarer breed. But you might get a larger one and just press it by hand against the lens ring.

Thanks a lot. It wasn't a technical issue, but a sentimental one. Maybe my father was wrong but he told me that he used his canon with some filters, so I just wanted to use the canon as he did. By the way, thanks for the two links, it's helpfull.
