Hi
I've already posted a similar help request at another forum. The problem is as follows:
I bought today a Canon demi EE28; it seems to be in a working condition, but I have a problem with the film-speed dial. The dial has some oxidation and erased numbers, and the plate seems loose, so I cannot use it reliably.
My questions are:
1 - When the film-speed dial is completely turned counterclockwise, does the 400 ISO/ASA mark stays at the six oclock position ? Or should it stay in any other position ?
2- Wasnt it supposed to be a reference mark or dot outside the dial to stop the desired speed at that point ??
Thank you for your help (and another thank you to the members who can point me a free dowloadable user's manual)
Joao
PS : I could try to find this by trial and error, or comparing with a reliable meter, however I am still not sure if I can trust the selenium cell, so I want to discard one variable
