When I bought this not long ago I was ignorant about the different version of these brackets. You know what's coming - this holder is one of the earlier models for the bottom-loading Canon rangefinders and won't fit my L2, so it's totally useless to me. I should have been less eager and done my homework.
The holder itself is in quite nice shape as you can see from the photos and will allow you to tripod-mount your earlier Canon rangefinder in either "landscape" or "portrait" orientation. The case is a thing of horrific ugliness - the leather is old and dried out and the stitching is coming undone - but I'll include it for your amusement. Who knows, maybe you have the skills to rejuvenate it, or make a copy.
I paid $36.50 including shipping for this and offer it at $30. I'll cover PayPal fees and shipping to your US door.
Fingers and wedding ring not included.
