Thought I'd struck it rich when a friend gave me these to give to local photo students. Sadly, it turns out sitting in a box in the back of a closet for 30 YEARS is not the best way to preserve a camera's operating functionality.
All three squeal like strangled rats. The AE1 is doing this thing where it fires the shutter every time you cock it. The A1s both sorta work, kind of, but I wouldn't trust them without a full service.
Which I have no funds for. Maybe you do, or just need the parts. Or are a genius at repair. I'll throw in the cool hippie strap at no extra charge.
How's $80 for all three, including shipping anywhere in the US of A. I can take paypal at summicron12000@yahoo.com and am happy to answer questions. As always, pick them up here in lovely Ogden, Utah, and the first round of beer is on me!
