Anyway i want to ask a question the be clear if the noise that i listen when i move the camera on the axis is normal or not. the sound is different from the tilt fron/back and when you tilt right/left side. with headphones you can hear it clearly from that video i have made:

Remove the battery grip as well as the lens and check each separately to see which one is making the sound. Also, consider just go and use that camera. If there are problems with it, you'll find out soon enough. If it works OK, then stop worrying.
