I am selling a Canon 500mm S.S.C. FD mount mirror lens in superb condition. The sale includes the original metal threaded (machined) front cap and an original rear cap. A 1X filter (presumably a sky filter) is installed and included. The glass condition is very good and the mechanics are like new.
This lens is not particularly common and it performs very well. Some have adapted the 500/8 to the EOS system with FD->EOS adapters and to a variety of digital cameras as well (Olympus 4/3rd system for instance).
