This Canon 24mm, f2.8 lens is in VG or better condition both mechanically and cosmetically. Aperture settings are tight and crisp and the aperture blades are clean and “snappy”. There is no fungus or scratches on the glass. There are some dust particles, probably behind the front element. These are hard to see in the photos, but they are there. I can see one as a small dark spot when viewed from the back. I found this difficult to show in the photos. I have not seen any results of this dust on negatives or finished photos, so I don’t believe there is any affect on image quality. It comes with the original rear cap and an after-market front screw on cap. Included are a Canon BW-55-B hood and a Canon Haze filter. Note: this is the original breech lock mount lens, not the later Fdn mount 24 mm 1.jpg 24 mm 2.jpg 24 mm 3.jpg 24 mm 4.jpg 24 mm 5.jpg version.

Price for everything is $95.00 plus shipping. I accept paypal, a USPS money order, or bank check. I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail for its great tracking and package protection. CONUS shipping only. I will consider reasonable offers.

EDIT: Additional information. I again film tested this lens late last month and just received the negatives and scans from Ilford Labs. Using a 10x loupe, I see no evidence of dust spots on the negs, and none when viewing the scans on an 18" monitor. Nevertheless, you may have some trepidation about dust, so I have lowered the price to $95.00 for the package.

I have been using the later FDn version of this lens for about thirty years, and can highly recommend it, it'sharp and well corrected, and at this reasonably price is a bargain for someone.
