Manfrotto. The more recent version of the 3047 head (I don't remember the precise model of the one with the square QR plate instead of hex), and 055 tripod, or the equivalent one with the column that flips sideways--hard to tell exactly which one.
The evidence is the Manfrotto tag, a long B&W tag with a red circle, on the left leg, near the top, and the white wrench just above it. The head is a common one for commercial photogs, as is that tripod.
