I thought I had figured out what it was but then couldn't locate it in my notes again.

The clue is Wollensak Optics, No 2 Junior.

That's all I know.

It's coming in a few days as a test bed for future experiments making my own emulsion and as test bed for large format lens designs. Bought it at a really low price.

Wow, look at those prices on the ad! Just $11 for the 4x5 model, and $15 for the 5x7. Your camera has the Wollensak lens and the ad states that they came w/ a Rapid Lectilinear, but perhaps that is not important.
