How did I miss that?
1. First Developer (B&W negative or paper Developer can be used);
2. Fixer;
3. Bleach;
4. Re-exposure;
5. Follow E-6 process from Color Developer on to the end.

expiry date 2020. It is fresh stuff. Perhaps agfa produces just a batch when needed
