Can someone check their OM-4 manual?

I'm trying to pin point the working temperature of the OM-4 and the digital copy of a manual that I have is a bit fuzzy on that part.

So if someone could scan page 55 in their manual I'd be most happy. A simple digital camera snap of the manual page would suffice

This is to sort out why my camera isn't working and show the seller this.

I've been using this site. They don't have the OM-4, though, just the 4T and 4Ti. But maybe that helps

I think you're asking us to help you prove something that can't be proven,

The OM-4 was famously tested on Mt. Everest and the Sahara desert when it was new, to show its ruggedness.

First I had the OM4, then the OM-4Ti. Still do. I have worked with them in the middle of OZ in the summer, and here in Holland in the freezing cold. Never had a problem in that respect. However, when living in very humid conditions the OM4Ti bodies began giving me problems, such as the electronics failing to start up, or the electronics going dead in the middle of shooting . . . after some fiddling I get them to work again, but I have numerous "blank" shots . . . Now I have been back for some years in a non humid envirement, my remaining OM4Ti body has no problems . . .

You have put in fresh batteries, I suppose? What is the problem?

mine freezes up when I take it out. I would like to know what documented working temperatures olympus stated for the camera.

it's with a repairer right now. he mentioned that he could tell that it had been exposed to humidity.

I never read the manual for this camera, but I doubt Olympus gave specific temperatures for the use of this camera. My problems with the OM4Ti bodies made me look at other cameras, Pentax LX, Minolta XD-s . . . but now that my last OM4Ti body keeps going, I am inclined to believe it was the humidity. I like the Minolta XD-s a lot, but the OM4Ti's spotmeter / ae lock, etc. are so incredibly good and functional . . .

Let us know what your repairman says!

I have used pretty much all the OM's in temperatures well below freezing. Back in April my OM-1 shot a roll for the lunar eclipse and it got down to the mid 20's. The self time locked up for a while, but there was never a problem with the shutter, mirror or film advance.
