Surprisingly, not much. I've seen lots of people doing that and getting decent results and the clip test I did was also good, no visible remjet on emulsion side, except on the site where two pieces got together during removal of the wet film. Pretty much the only option I see if you don't have a darkroom, you could just do a prebath, then immerse the film in a bucket of water and squeege the film as it comes out. Important thing here is not to let the back touch the emulsion or it will get permanently blackened.
Basically, remjet appears to be very fine dust after the binder is dissolved.

Pre-bath is the same thing as a sodium carbonate bath that requires no scrubbing, I've already done this with K64, but I then process it as B&W in the same tank and it was fine, but never wound it back into the spool.

Anyway I think I'll just try processing it as ECN-2 I have the chemicals but now I can't find where I put the measurements and I don't have the bleach or fix formulas for ECN-2 either... Or proper stabilizer ...

PE happen to have these formulas?

Good luck! I plan on doing the modified process, C41 bleach, fix and stabilizer. Also since sulfuric acid comes in huge drums and is nasty to work with, I'll substitute it for citric acid stop. Should work. Beats dragging it to the minilab and the results will be far far better even if rest of the process is not 100% ECN2 since the developer will be right.

I've only scanned about 4 images... please keep in mind this was shot with my mom's "underwater" camera which is a plastic thing that came with crappy film loaded in it, was never re-loaded with better film, and was shot by amateurs and was shot almost 10 years ago and just recently developed, so the terrible color shifts are normal-ish I would assume, but there is the presence of pink, and hair apparently... I don't think this is all Rem-Jet, and seems typical for this lab from my 20 years of using them, though they did just get a new machine which they are "still trying to figure out" as the lady who could barely speak english said. Nothing against her as that's not what I mean, she actually seemed very intelligent, just not well versed in the english language, and since all the menu screens and directions were in english, I'm sure that could be a hindrance to her learning to operate the machine.

when I was 14 on no name 110 CN film shot with I think a Pentax 110 camera I had...


When I was 16... with the AE-1 again on Fuji800 CN of some kind


They've always had inconsistent color and lots of fiber and spot issues, even in the prints they would give me.

If you substitute the butter milk with milk and vinegar, as suggested in the recipe, you won't reach the step where you add the Citric Acid ... so yes, it's all Bicarbonate and Acetic Acid. I therefore propose we call your Bicarbonate/Acetic Acid buffer Swedish Angel Buffer from now on.
