On a related question, can the backs on these be changed to take 120 film?

Yes, you can use 120 with the correct back. You would use Fuji instant as it is now (great film).

You can't use the Impossible Project film, but the camera is much better than anything that will take Impossible film.

If you would rather use Impossible film, I'll send you my OneStep 600 and a few packs of film in exchange for that camera:D
