Can I Use Kodak C41 Final Rinse / Stabilizer on B&W Film?

The title pretty well says it all. I get beautiful sparkling clean, spot free color negatives using Kodak C41 Final Rinse / Stabilizer. So, I am wondering if it might do the same for my B&W negatives without damaging them.
