Can I develop Colour Film using BW Developer/Fixer?

Hi All...

I really missed to shoot with analog camera, so I did my shot today with Color film (coz that's the only roll film that I have now).
I still some Color Roll Films, but unfortunately I don't have the developer/fixer.
Is it possible to develop the Colour Film using BW Developer/Fixer????
If yes... will the result will stay in Colour pictures or becoming BW pictures?
Can somebody guide me how to do it. Thank you very much.

Yes, black and white chems work, and yes the photos will be black and white.

However results will be less than optimal.

Some films work better than others when doing this. I have done this using some Fuji films and Rodinal

Do a search on 'cross processing' and whatever your colour film is.

Can I develop Colour Film using BW Developer/Fixer?
