Can C41 develop Vision3 Kodak 250D color negative film 5207/7207

I am ready to order Kodak Vision 3 250 D color negative film 5207/7207.

Can a ordinary minilab develop it ?

No, a minilab won't do it - the colour neg movie films have a rem-jet backing that comes off and makes a mess inside the machine. Supposedly you can get images from the film developed in C-41 generally speaking (if, say, you removed the rem-jet backing and developed it yourself), but the film is not designed for it (designed for ECN2 process, I believe).

Archive is large and I found thread to remove the backing at home.
Now I can do this mess but does sponge , wet , chemicals harm the emulsion.
And its important , can C41 minilab develop it ?
I looked to Vision prices and 1 meter cost 50 cent and 85 dollars to reach here , good ? very good !

C-41 minilab cannot process it. Either have a proper cine lab with ECN-2 process do it or do it yourself. Remjet can be softened with water bath with sodium bicarbonate, then washed under running water and scrubbed off. Then you need ECN-2 developer to get good results. C-41 will produce an image of some sort but with wrong dyes and wrong color balance, color crossover and lower dye stability
