I personally don't think there's much value to them. Prior to digital these cameras were the way to go, but they needed an "infrastructure" to support them. Today that support is mostly missing, even if you were willing to pay the extra cost of the film.
If I were in your shoes, I'd take a look at the lenses. PhotoControl made an early film/digital grab (low res) version using a Nikkor lens - they were roughly 50-250mm, constant aperture lenses, as I recall. If you happen to have any of those, the lenses would probably still bring some money for use on manual cameras; they were pretty expensive lenses when new.
