I've seen Aggie's Littman. I thought it was quite a nice camera, not my taste, but well constructed and looks easy to use. So, I don't see an issue here.
Geez. I'd love to discuss the semantics of a throw-away post but Doug Busch is at my door swinging a brass rail strut and cursing, and it looks like hundreds of Chinese and Russian camera workers are massing on the lawn. Sorry to have upset anyone.
It is also a little known fact that the Leica M3 was constructed using some rather hazardous to health materials. Anyone not wishing to be affected can send their M3s to me, free of charge, for safe disposal.
jovo, your generosity of spirit continues to amaze me! You have inspired me to make the same offer for those ugly Deardorffs that are good for nothing but fire wood!

Ugly? Overpriced because of the "aura," maybe, but certainly not ugly. Sometimes when I have mine out I take a few moments to just stare at it, it's so good looking.
Nothing wrong with De Golden Busch, except that they're 24 lbs.
