Don't know of any that allow manual control. Don't worry about f2.4 - most use very small imaging chips (much smaller than those in even compact digital cameras) and consequently a very short focal length that provides plenty of depth of field, even wide open, if that is your concern. In any camera it is much easier to implement auto exposure by varying the shutter speed rather than the f stop and that is why the earliest auto SLRs mostly only offered aperture priority. OzJohn
