Sorry I'm up in the Hudson Valley now but will stop in and see the show next weekend.
Congrats again on the great work, well deserved recognition and the loot.

Congrats again on an excellent show, Suzanne.

Attached, please find, below, a coupla snaps from the opening last night. The first is the artist basking. The schmoozerati in the second shot from left to right are Saganich (not quite in the DOF zone), Peter Schrager, Bruce Osgood, a guy in the background who was working in the darkroom (that's the mounting area behind Bruce), gr82bart, and Peter's cousin (way not in the DOF zone).

Thanks for posting the snaps, David! And it was great to meet you, Saganich and Osgood! Also good to see Peter and Art, and several old art school chums who are still in the NY area. I had a blast, and feel great about the show. The Camera Club of NY has been fun to work with, and they are a great resource for you New Yorkers. Those darkrooms they have are beautiful... so is the studio.

I'd be a member there if I lived in a small NY apartment!!

Oh... and here I am, basking some more!!

Congratulations, Suzanne - way to go!

Thanks for the pictures of you with a couple of yours. I like seeing how prints are displayed. I always enjoy seeing your work and it's cool seeing them in big frames on the wall!

Just a bump to let you know that the Camera Club of New York has organized a group show for all the winners of their National Juried Competition. I will have two prints, along with the work of Elizabeth Eiten, Aaron McElroy, Thea Augustine Eck, Chad Schneider, and Toni Greaves. There is an opening on December 17th. 6 to 8 pm. I'm going to try to get down to NYC for that, but this being the silly season.. we'll see. I'm told, however, that the juror, Paolo Pellegrin will be there, and it'd be good to meet him.

So, if you are looking for something fun to do in NYC next week, Wed. evening...

Oh, and btw, the show will be on view there until January 14th, gallery hours, Mon. through Sat. 12-6.
