Kameraz (Dead Link Removed) in Rosebank, Johannesburg sells second-hand cameras incl. analog. I don't know whether they service them, though.

I went to Camera Clinic in Berea last weekend. It's a wonderful place, with about 10 cabinets full of vintage cameras on display. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
