Camelion Batteries

Camelion Battery makes a battery that it says will replace a Bronica 6 volt battery. Bronica's manual says the camera takes a 6 volt battery but the Camelion battery is listed as a 6.2 volt. Will this small difference in voltage effect the camera's AE metering?

(My last Varta silver oxcide battery has just died)

Also, has anyone used Camelion batteries or suggestions for a better battery?

I get Eveready or Duracell Lithiums at Rite Aid or Wallgreens. Why do you need special batteries? Mine generally last about 4 years n no problems yet.
