Sold Caltar S-II 240mm f5.6 lens in Copal #3 shutter 8x10 lens

I've sourced some of the "baby" lens alternatives for my 8x10 so I am letting this one go. The Calumet Caltar S-II is apparently a Schnieder Symmar-S. 70 degree coverage. 337mm image circle stopped down

Aperture is smooth.

Shutter speed selection is smooth and locks in at each speed. Speeds all sound pretty good. 1 second is 1 "Mississippi."

Glass is really nice. shutter blades and aperture blades look clean.

Both lens caps and the retaining ring are included.

Lens board in the photos is a homemade acrylic 140x140mm job. I will include it if you want.

These seem uncommon on the used market. I see a lot more "N" series out there.
