I am selling a recently CLAd Calumet Caltar-S II 240mm f/5.6 with mounting flange and retaining ring for $210 shipped in the CONUS. It is a Calumet-badged Schneider Symmar-S (the specs and performance are identical). The lens came with a camera I bought, but I used it only sparingly. The slow speeds stuck, so I had it CLAd last month by Carol Flutot (what a nice woman; current speeds shown in photo).
The front glass is in good condition, with a small finger print-like mark in the center (perhaps from an inadvertent kiss from a soft lens cap?) and a minor (to me) 3mm cleaning mark towards the periphery. Neither will affect picture quality (and I didnt seem to capture either mark in the photos). The rear element looks great. A small dent can be seen at the very outer edge of the front filter ring (near the C in Calumet); it is on the outermost part, so Im almost certain it will NOT affect the use of filters (you can return it within a week if I am wrong). The aperture selector glides very smoothly, and the blades are clean.

In summary, its a big, bright, clean, recently serviced plasmat that is waiting for a new home.
I can be reached at spartacusinSF at gmail. Thanks for looking.
