I ahve not actually tried this [succesfully], though articles I've seen reccomend agitation every 30 seconds to 1 minute for about 10 seconds.

I've seen negatives done with this, so I'd like to point out that there is quite a bit of brown staining and base fog with this...

I have done it 4 times now, but think the contrast is too low, and the negs are underdeveloped. Is constant agitation needed?

I'd treat it like pyro--every 15 sec. in a tank or constant agitation if you are doing sheets in trays.
