Hi I am In need of a cable release for my wolli is the larger type any tips?

Try a Gepe. Your Alphax I believe cocks and fires in one depression(double action, for you pistoleros) and a longer "throw" type cable release such as the Gepe will have the oomphf to get the job done. My Gepes will fire shutters that my Minette won't.

Look for a Konica-Minolta cable release. They're the best - extremely long throw- can trigger a Betax #5 or an Ilex #5 with ease, and an Alphax is small potatoes for it. Plus, they're extremely well-built and have a really nice satin nickel finish.
