C-760 Focus assembly
Got the part from KHB Photografix in Canada.today I bought a C760 with color head for $99.00 and the focus gears were the old foam rubber which had disintegrated. KHB makes a rebuild with gears that will not wear out and with adjustable tension on them..
Put it together this afternoon and the focusing is smooth as silk , and worth every penny. Tomorrow Ill be learning my new color head and enlarger. Only one thing I have to get use to is switching contrast to bump up shadows or burn in highlights with a dichroic lamphouse instead of under lens filters.
The guys up there seem to be a great source for enlargers parts that Classic Enlargers does not carry.
