C41 Film Processing on the bay

I came across this on the auction site advertising C41 Dip & Dunk processing for $1.99. Price is attractive although shipping is not unless doing several rolls at a time. The lab:Lattin Color Lab in Cedar Falls, IA

Interesting idea. They can generate new business with low cost processing then "turn it off" when no longer desired.
