my dear colleague,
The difference is very simple and nothing to worry about.
- Perhaps the developer has become somewhat outdated, and to avoid this problem, you can increase the development time by an additional quarter of a minute.
The temperature may not be 100% correct. Maybe it was 0.1 percentage point less than required or something like that.
- If you're doing manual development, maybe the flipping wasn't as fast.
- If you are doing manual development you may have unloaded the development tank from the developer a few seconds before the specified time
There are many reasons that could be the cause,
With time, you will gain more experience and will be able to find out what is the real reason behind this problem.
The techniques of the dark room are acquired cumulatively, so do not rush, you will definitely gain cumulative experiences over time.

Your inquire is totally unrelated to this thread.

We often discussed this issue, it is dependent on various factors. At the moment a related thread is this one, have a look at it:

So just out of curiosity: You use a color picker in LR and not a densitometer to read the control strips? Why do you even bother with them then? You cant possibly gain any really valuable process control out of that... Feel free to convince me otherwise though.
