Impossible makes film for 600-series cameras. I should think it would work in those, unless they are different from the typical 600-series cameras.

The batteries are in the film pack itself, so every time you load film, you have a fresh battery.

Here's a link to the Impossible site, they list B&W 600-series film:

It is expensive, though, and I'm not sure if you can find it cheaper elsewhere.

Thank you Truzi,

I checked the website and 2.0 films are very good. Well , buying from APUG , lots of expired film , taking senseless shots and forgeting which is which canister, paying to postage , development , scan... endless money

23 dollars is expensive but I got 8 good pictures to care. I loved square cornered old ones and they are american designs I love.

Are these old ones have glass lenses or plastic ? And I have to be sure than film fits.

Thank you,

Umut

All of the 600 series cameras I've seen have had plastic lenses. The autofocus models will improve sharpness and contrast over the non-adjustable fixed focus variations but your best bet is an SX70 and a neutral density filter (or just buy the SX70 film) but that's not what you are asking.

Yes but they are rare and expensive. Worth a mention, I suppose.

I have SLR 680 - excellent camera, and 2.0 film is good. Here is one example with black frame done with SLR 680 (portrait of my wife  ):
