Anyone know who sells this in small quantities? Neither VanBar or Gold Street list it, a web search take me to websites selling huge quantities as a minimum order.

I bought some from Oiltech in Moorabbin years ago but they seem to have disappeared. I took my own container. It was 99% (you don't want the 85% apparently). There are some on ebay selling small quantities. If you want a very little bit to try, say 100mL, PM me.

Thanks John, I have found a place that sells it in 1 KG bottles so I’ll give them a try. Curious that they sell this liquid by weight! Thanks for the heads up to make sure I get 99%.

Have you checked eBay? It's my usual source for things like this. It seems there's no shortage of Australian sellers of small quantities of substances that have food or cosmetic uses.

People often casually equate a Litre to a kilogram, but the relative density of TEA is 1.12 so a kg is 890mL.

Oiltech is actually in Cheltenham, although everyone thinks it is located in Moorabbin. Kylie Place is on the Cheltenham side of Keys road, which is the boundary between Moorabbin and Cheltenham. My wife worked for the founders (wife and husband) around 32 years ago. The wife was the industrial chemist and I think the brains behind their initial products.

So Mark, you have found a place with this product, care to share?

The place I've found is here. I think they are in Sydney. TEA seems to be an ingredient in beauty products.
