buying e-6 chemicals in mexico

gonna spend the winter (a first for me) at the family condo in puerto vallarta mexico. I was hoping to be able to shoot only film. I searched the net high and wide for a place to buy e-6 chems in mexico but could not find anyplace that sells. mexico does not allow class 9 chemicals to be shipped in from the US, and looks like flying with say an unopened tetenal e-6 kit would also not be allowed. does anyone know of a place that ships within mexico? I am planning on bringing dry chems for B&W in my checked bag as that seems to be OK or people have done it without issues. but again, no luck finding any info on buying e-6 within mexico.

any help would be appreciated.
