Back in my Minoxing days, I often shot at slow speeds - 1/10, 1/5 - often with great results. The Minox shutter produces zero vibration, so leaning against something and not breathing made the slow speeds very usable. Here's a night shot I did in the 90s with my IIIs, TMX at 1/5.
Sorry it's such a small image, but this JPG dates back to the era of slow modem connections and their "big" 100dpi images. I should find the print and do a higher res scan.
