I’ve listed a bulk roll of Tech Pan on ebay that I’ll never get around to using. I’ve stored it frozen since I acquired it many years ago.

Technical Pan was an amazing film, but hard to develop to achieve full tonal range. I showed some examples from Texas years ago:

I used Kodak's Technidol developer back then.

Given recent results we've seen with Copex Rapid in D96, I'd be tempted to try that with a short test. Otherwise, Caffenol LC+C or CL/CN, H&W Control, or if all else fails, POTA...

Tech Pan was my favorite B&W film. I still shoot it in large format.

Photographer’s Formulary has TD-3, a purpose-built kit for developing Tech Pan.

It provides full tonal range and is adjustable for your own desired results. Piece of cake for film nerds.
