Bulk Chemicals in Los Angeles??

I'm hoping to do some Cirkut camera work this summer and I'd like to buy some bulk Hypo in 50 or 100 pound sack. Is there a place in So. Ca. to do that. I don't need regeant grade. The stuff to de-chlorinate the pond would be fine. Thanks for any help. Google searches aren't what they used to be unless hypo now costs more than rock cocaine.

You need a chemical supply house and ask for Sodium Thiosulphate, not hypo. It's used for a number of things outside of photography, so most should have it or be able to get it. You may need to talk to them on the phone though, as not all might have it in their online catalogues.

Nice thing about B&W chemical photography, most chemicals were commonly used for other things, many still are.
