I was curious to see if these tubes would work, especially since very little solutions are required to process one 4x5 sheet (65ml for part A, and for B)...

One shot for parts A and B, I presume. 65ml is near enough 1/15 of a litre, which is about all I'd expect from B2B as regards basic capacity. With re-use I find that solution volume losses drop my effective capacity to 10 8x10 equivalent per litre.

I use it with a Jobo, though with more volume and film per load, of course. A 2523 tank needs 270ml for 6 sheets of 4x5. That's between 45 and 67.5ml per sheet depending on if the load is 4 or 6 sheets. So about the same volume per sheet.

Useful to have the capacity confirmed by other methods, though!

I’d like to know what you think of two bath vs. D23.

I like using D-23 1+1 for XRAY films, and 1+3 for Pan F 50. Eventually, I'll have to compare BT2B and divided D-23.
