Bronica SQ** 45º Prism Question

OK, need the collective wisdom of Bronica SQ-xx geeks here. I snagged a 45º prism off ePrey at well under a $100 price. But (there's always a but) while it appears to be fine optically, it's missing something at the eyepiece.

I'm hoping it's just a rubber cup that maybe one from some other camera might suffice for; if not, I can perhaps rig a ring of foam. It looks as though there is a grooved section next to the body that might take about a 1.25 x 1.4 inch rectangular opening -- or maybe there's a ring that goes on the round piece -- but I'm just speculating.

Anyway, having never seen one of these in the flesh before, I'm not 100% sure what's missing or what it looks like -- any comments? (I've shown you mine, will you show me yours? )

Looks like it's just the rubber eyecup that is missing.

Dave, I believe that this prism had built-in diopter correction and I also suspect that the small dial(?) we see on the far side of the eyepiece is for that purpose. If that is the case, I'd need to agree that it seems to only be lacking the rubber eyecup.

Yes, the diopter adjustment is there. I'm just wondering whether the rubber cup Has some sort of rectangular opening that goes over that squar-ish part next to the body or whether the "normal" fitting is round, or at least attaches to that round cylindrical part. So far I haven't turned up any source for the "official" part, but there are some rubber oval, eye-shaped pieces with rectangular mounting cut-outs that appear for various Canon and Nikon and other cameras -- even some -- uh -- "alternate technology" beasts. I'd be moderately amused if a Nikon D200 eyecup or similar would serve as a replacement (of course, I'm easily amused).

There's an abrasion of the finish on the outer surface of that cylinder that looks almost like a set screw had been bearing on it -- did Bronica have some sort of auxiliary magnifier that would go on there? (These are the questions bouncing around in what's left of my mind ....)

Thanks for that link Peter. I've filled out a contact/e-mail form to see if I can buy direct or else find a dealer in my area. I paid about half the KEH bargain price, so I guess I can afford $18 for the cup if that's what it comes to!

(Small or large .... small or large .... small or large ... well, some say I have a big head ....)
