I had my body converted way back when. In GB, Robert White was doing the service. FWIW, the way to go is the 100mm with the correct frame line. Also, the 100mm is a great optic with smooth OOF affects. The RF645 is just a stunning general purpose camera system.

I had one done not too long ago. They were very prompt and it was less expensive than I had expected. They also corrected a slight vertical alignment issue at the same time for no added charge.
