I went to Franconia last weekend, and took only my GS-1 with me. It had worked very well over the summer after some difficulties at the beginning, but I'd grown used to it and I liked it a lot.
The moment I arrived and wanted to take the first picture, I noticed that I could neither release the shutter nor wind on the film. The shutter appeared to be closed completely, and there was no way to reopen it. I turned it off and on again, fumbled with the MLU and double exposure levers, I even switched the battery for a fresh one and for one of a different type. Nothing helped.
Any thoughts on what to do?
