Bronica ETRS mirror foam dampening replacement?

Hi. The foam dampening for the mirror on my Bronica ETRS is falling apart.
It's really hard to access it.

I was wondering if someone knows how to do this?

I've searched far and wide for a tutorial or guidance before diving in.
