My wife's camera doesn't always fire the shutter at the selected speed. Out of a few rolls shot an a recent trip, only a few frames on each were exposed. I tried firing the shutter many times in a row and found that most of the time it fires accurately but then goes to default mode(1/60th i guess) for a few shots before returning to the speed set on the dial. The battery was fresh and no prism was attached for this tests.
-Does this sound like a LENS issue since this 75mm lens contains the shutter or a BODY issue?
Neither aren't worth getting repaired since I can get a replacement for about $50
I made an earlier post about the camera eating batteries
there was a url link here which no longer exists)
thanks
