Recently purchased a 35mm back for my Bronica ETR. I am new to the camera and was hoping to practice my shots on 35mm (which is much cheaper to develop).
I used a 24 exposure 35mm cartridge. But I only was able to take 12 shots. When I developed the film through a lab, there were 12 "panaromic" images.

I purchased the 35mm back from KEH who told me it as a 135N back. Did I get a 135W back? What is the difference? Does anyone have access to a manual for the 135NorW back to help me out?

Sounds like you did indeed get a panoramic 135W back. If you paid for a normal back then you got a bargain!

On the side of the film-back where the dark slide goes there should be an 'N' or a 'W' right above a '135'. If you have the 'W' your neg images will be 24mm x 54mm. I'm testing one of these backs right now.
