Can anyone tell me how you remove a Bronica tele-converter from a lens? It's for a SQ-Ai camera.

I received a 2x S converter that I won on ebay (looks to be in excellent condition) and attached it to my 200mm lens - now I can't get the bloody thing off!

There is a small rectangular thing with a silver button on it which looks like it should slide to release the lens, but it won't move (it can be moved a fraction of a mm, but that's all).

Which way should it slide? What's the silver button for? Arrgghhhh!! This is really annoying me

Cheers
Simon

I have managed to get the lens off the converter! I think it was due to the release on the converter being very stiff from not being used for a while – it has freed up considerably now.
