I want to start with the Bromoil process, but what papers are still available to give decent result ?

If you are a beginner in bromoil, I would suggest Bergger Brom 240.

Thanks Gene, I ordered some boxes of the Bergger paper. I found out I have still some 5x7 sheets of Agfa 118. Should work too ?

Yes, you should get lovely results with the Agfa 118, though your image will be fairly small.
