On a recent visit to the National Portrait Gallery in London to see the Schweppes Prize exhibition (well worth checking out), apart from the exhibition I saw some other portraits which were titled as being printed on 'bromide' paper? I really liked the look of the print (sorry, I can't remember the photographer right now) and the paper used.
Is 'bromide' paper different from chlorobromide paper, or just gallery-speak? What bromide papers are commercially available?
