Hi,
my camera fell from the tripod, and the focusing hood broke as shown in the picture.
actually, the small screw (?) that holds the two parts together broke and I can´t find a replacement.
any suggestions?

The service manual does not show a separate part for that guide pin. It was pressed in at the factory. Page 2 of https://www.manualagent.com/yashica/mat-124g/repair-manual
Now find the original pin and put it back in place or find a screw with a head that will just fit into the slot end that is larger than the rest of the slot and fit into the hole in the side of the hood and cut flush with the hood.
An alternative is to take a piece of rod that just fits the slot, turn one end down to fit the hole in the side of the hood, flatten the other end to make a flange and cut to length. The pin should be flush with the outer edge of the hood and extend past the slot by 0.25mm.

Rolleiflex and Rolleicord hood pin, your Mat should be the same/similar.
