......or any Bower filters i guess.
I have a Polarizer in 55mm.
Have no idea Where/How i got the thing. Probably in a package deal of some sort.
It does seem "Cheaper" and lighter than the other Polarizers i have.
But does that mean anything.?
Any of you guys have experience with a Bower Polarizer specifically or Bower Filters in general.?
Thank You

Bower filters are often 'included' as inexpensive sweeteners for those unaware that there are other products that do not deteriorate your image qulaity to the same degree.

Really good filters are
  • absolutely planar parallel glass, so they do not distort the image like a prism
  • highest quality optical glass
  • using multicoatings to maximize light transmissuion to 98-99.9%, not single coated with only 93-94% transmission
I would buy Tiffen before I bought Bower, and I would not buy Tiffen!

Yeah, i was wondering if the lens might be plastic..
It might work fine.....who knows.
I will offer it for shipping and see what happens.
I have other CPL......in process of thinning the herd so to speak.
Thanks for the comment.
