Do these have a nice rubber seal like the small-mouthed versions?

If so, I will want to take a bunch of these (50-60 if you have them), and the reels I asked about.

The white metal caps have a some kind of combination paper impregnated with or attached to Teflon or PVC or ?. Regardless of the type of cap, I always use a piece of Saran wrap as a protector.
